eastvale.city is an independent community guide to Eastvale, California, free to use. It is not affiliated with the City of Eastvale or any government agency. By using the site or sending us anything, you agree to these terms. See also our privacy policy.

Information on the site

We work hard to be accurate, show our sources and say when facts were last checked. Information still changes, so confirm anything important (opening hours, event times, who to call) with the official source or the business itself. For emergencies, call 911. The site is provided as it is, without warranties, and we are not responsible for loss caused by relying on it.

Events, lost and found posts and jobs are written by the people who send them. We read each one before it appears, but we cannot check every detail, and we do not vouch for any business, employer, event or person.

What you may post

When you claim a business, post an event, report a lost or found pet or item, or post a job, you promise that it is true, that you are allowed to send it (for a claim, that you work for the business), and that any photo is yours to share. We decline or remove, without having to explain:

• anything false, misleading, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, or illegal;
• a home address or someone else's personal information;
• job posts that ask applicants for money, pay only by what they sell, offer unpaid "trial" work, hide who the employer is, or are not suitable for the minimum age stated;
• events that are not open to the public or are not at a public place or business;
• advertising dressed up as a post, spam, and anything we judge does not belong in a community guide.

You keep ownership of what you send. You give eastvale.city permission to show, edit for length and clarity, and share it on the site and in our emails, for as long as it is up. You can ask us to take it down at any time.

Holiday displays: suggest a decorated home only if it is your own; we list other homes only when the City of Eastvale has published them. When you visit a display, stay on the sidewalk or street, follow the homeowner's hours and signs, and respect the neighbors.

Contacting people through the site

Messages to lost and found posters are for helping return a pet or item. Do not use them to sell, to harass, or to collect personal information. We may block anyone who misuses them.

Text messages

eastvale.city listing updates. If you agree on our business claim form, we may text the number you gave about your business's listing: confirming details, telling you it is live, or asking about changes. How often varies, usually a few messages a month at most. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop; you will get one message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@eastvale.city. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to texts is never required to be listed.

Separately, we may send a business one personal message at its public number or social media account to introduce its listing. Reply STOP or "no thanks" and we will not contact you again.

Copyright

The site's own writing and design belong to eastvale.city. Data from other sources (for example OpenStreetMap and public agencies) is used under their terms and credited where it appears. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, email hello@eastvale.city and we will look at it promptly.

Changes

We may change these terms; the date at the top of the page says when they last changed. California law governs these terms.
